Open Houses
 
The best way to sell a home is to get maximum exposure, this is why we have an extensive open house program! Our open houses go above and beyond to assure your home is displayed to its full potential.
 
  • Before, I will: Promote your open house online and in the neighborhood with flyers, door hangers and mailers when time permits. Display at least 8 directional signs to attract drivers. Arrange the home to show at its best.

  • During, I will: Register all guests. Sell your homes benefits as I escort guests through the property. Whenever possible I also will have a lender on site to answer any questions and help prequalify any interested buyers.

  • After, I will: Follow up with all prospects. Answer any questions, gauge interest and arrange for a private visit. Contact you frequently with any feedback.
